ADMINISTRATION > RESOURCES > POLICIES & PROCEDURES Each Club in 2007 must have their registering players (or parents/guardians) complete both the FFA and HSA Registration forms.  The completion of the FFA Registration form will only be required this year and each player will use their allocated FFA ID Number for their entire soccer careers, regardless of the level they achieve.
